                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A
                   SEWER EASEMENT FROM JAMES W. HARTLEY AND
                   JEANEINE W. HARTLEY RELATIVE TO CONTRACT NO.
                   75, NINE MILE INTERCEPTOR, TRACT NO.
                   073(REV.), FOR A TOTAL CONSIDERATION OF SIX
                   THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED AND NO/100 DOLLARS
                   ($6,500.00).

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       purchase of a sewer easement from James W. Hartley and Jeaneine 
W.
       Hartley relative to Contract No. 75, Nine Mile Interceptor, Tract 

       No. 073(Rev.), for a total consideration of $6,500.00.
